Anyone that knows me, knows that I absolutely love villians. I am a huge fan of all the Disney villians. The Wicked Queen, Maleficent and of course, my love Ursula. However, none can compare to the original bitch herself, The Witch Witch from The Wizard of Oz. Having seen Wicked for the first time a few days ago in Fort Lauderdale, I was very excited! I cried, I laughed, I took my picture with a cardboard cut out of Dorothy.
Elphaba was not wicked, in fact, she was just misunderstood. She was looked at differently, was passionate about a cause and fought until she made right what was wrong. Something I can relate to.
Wicked was definetly one of the best shows I have ever seen. I look forward to seeing it again soon.
